• • Existing one-time purchases grant permanent access to all current checklists.
• • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Austrian Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG).
• • Yearly subscriptions (€39.99/year) automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Lifetime purchases (€119.99) grant permanent access with no recurring fees.

• • The German courses provided on this website are supplementary learning materials and do not replace certified language courses.
• • Completion of these courses does not guarantee passing official language exams (ÖIF, ÖSD, Goethe-Institut, telc, or any other certification body).
• • These courses are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with ÖIF, ÖSD, Goethe-Institut, telc, or any Austrian government authority.
• • Course progress is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not synced to our servers. Clearing browser data will reset your progress.
• • Some course content includes embedded YouTube videos, which are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Note on loss of withdrawal right for digital content: By purchasing, you expressly agree that the provision of digital content (PDF checklists, course access) begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance (§ 18 para. 1 Z 11 FAGG).

Model withdrawal form: To HumanMadeTech [email to be added]: I/we hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us for the provision of the following service: [Premium access], ordered on [date], name of consumer(s), address of consumer(s), date and signature.

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or reliance on any information provided. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under Austrian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. The courts of Vienna shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may provide for jurisdiction at the consumer's place of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
